WHAT IS BARBIECORE?

Barbiecore is one of summer′s hottest pink trend and it is a Gen Z and Millennial statement on diversity and feminism. This fashion statement rejects old standards of beauty and challenges stereotypes on femininity. It′s like in your face—Barbie with the blonde hair and perfect body. The ′Barbiecore′ style exploded after Valentino′s Fall/Winter Haute Couture 22-23 fashion show in March. This trend is defined by a very particular color pink and have inspired other runways and red carpets. I love Valentino′s hot pink hue. Guess what? Valentino pink is now its own Pantone color.
